I do not offer cancellations so please be 1000% sure you want to make a purchase before placing your order.

Refunds will only be given in the following situations:

1. you purchased a preorder but not enough slots were filled to get it into production

2. your INSURED or TRACKED item goes missing in the mail/is damaged in the mail (have only had 1 case of this out of hundreds of orders worldwide so it's very unlikely)

*please note again that you must have paid for insurance or tracking on your order for you to be able to get a refund for a lost package or damaged package. If you paid for the cheaper standard shipping, there is nothing I can do about a lost/damaged package.

Processing time (printing, packaging, sending) is 1-4 business days.

*Please note that in some cases (eg. delays due to shipping carrier), shipping may take longer. 

Standard shipping = uninsured and untracked

If you purchase standard shipping, please do so at your own risk as I will not take responsibility for missing/damaged packages. This is because once I hand your package over to the postal service it is out of my hands and there is nothing i can do about it unless you have insured it or purchased tracking.

Insurance or tracked shipping can be purchased at checkout.

Processing time (printing, packaging, sending) is 1-4 business days usually but can take up to 1.5 weeks during/after shop updates.
